We would like to appeal to your good hearts for our little girl's open heart surgery. Based on the surgeon's statement, baby Gabrielle really needs to have the surgery ASAP badly. While she looks perfectly fine, her heart muscles have progressively thickened due to this defect.

Last November 12, she turned blue again, had difficulty in breathing and fainted. Luckily, her pedia-cardio told us what

 to do in case this happens again so she was immediately revived from unconsciousness. 

Currently, we only lack at more or less P500,000 for us to proceed with her hospital admission and the surgery. 

BUT WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME. 

Recently she's been having tet spells which is actually NOT A GOOD SIGN. Everyday, she's fighting for her life.

Christmas is just around the corner and if all our friends could
pledge at least P1,000, it would really save us time and you will help us big time in saving my daughter's LIFE.
