Baby Gabrielle is a heart champ who's had her successful open heart surgery last February 18, 2013 at Chinese General Hospital, in Sta. Cruz, Manila, Philippines. If not because of the people who cared for Bielle, she might still be facing Tetralogy of Fallot until now.
